Lifetime Warranty Policy

One Fix Tech LLC

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which One Fix Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides warranty coverage for repair services. By proceeding with any repair, the customer ("you") agrees to the terms below.

General Warranty Terms

One Fix Tech offers Lifetime Warranty on all repairs EXCEPT batteries, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty coverage applies ONLY to the replaced part(s) and the labor performed.
Warranty does NOT cover other components of the device that were not replaced or serviced.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and original repair.

Exclusions Applicable to All Repairs

Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:

Drops, impacts, crushing, or physical shock
Improper use, misuse, or negligence
Liquid damage (water, coffee, juice, alcohol, or any other liquids)
Electrical surges or improper accessories
Unauthorized repairs or tampering by third parties

Screen Repairs (Phone / Tablet / Watch / Laptop)

Lifetime Warranty EXCLUDES the following:

Green, red, yellow, blue lines
Black spots or display bleeding
Internal cracks within LCD / OLED panels
Touch or display IC damage caused by liquid exposure
Deep scratches on the screen surface
Re-breakage of the screen after repair

For laptops:

Damage caused by closing the screen with objects left between the keyboard and display is not covered.

Charging Port / USB / USB-C / HDMI Port Repairs

Lifetime Warranty applies. Warranty EXCLUDES:

Physical damage to the port
Broken or bent pins caused by improper cable insertion
Damage resulting from liquid exposure

Battery Repairs

Battery warranty period is ONE (1) YEAR ONLY

Warranty EXCLUDES:

Swollen batteries caused by misuse or improper charging
Battery connector or battery IC damage due to liquid exposure
Damage resulting from overcharging, overheating, or third-party accessories

Camera Repairs

Warranty EXCLUDES:

Liquid damage
Broken or cracked camera lenses
Impact-related damage after repair

Back Glass Repairs

Warranty EXCLUDES:

Any physical damage, cracks, or impacts after repair

Power & Volume Button Repairs

Warranty EXCLUDES:

Liquid damage
Cut, torn, or damaged flex cables
Physical impact or misuse

Logic Board / Motherboard Repairs

Lifetime Warranty applies to non-liquid-damaged devices
ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY applies to liquid-damaged devices
Warranty applies ONLY to the specific component(s) replaced

Warranty EXCLUDES:

New liquid exposure
Damage caused by misuse, drops, or electrical issues
