  • Ghost touches or flickering caused by a defective part, not by impact or liquid exposure.
⛔ Not covered (impact / liquid / AMOLED technology-related damage):
  • Any new physical damage after the repair: cracked or shattered glass, deep crease, dents in the frame, or a bent housing/hinge.
  • Colored lines on the screen (for example red, green, yellow, blue or pink/white lines) that appear after a drop, bend, strong pressure, or impact.
  • Black spots, colored dots, or expanding dark areas caused by physical stress to the AMOLED panel (including pressure in a pocket, sitting on the phone, or stress on the hinge area).
  • Burn-in or image retention from long-term display of static content such as navigation bars, keyboards, or app UI elements.
  • Any water or liquid damage, including spills, rain, moisture, steam, or internal corrosion.
