Important Camera Information

Front camera replacement permanently disables Face ID because only Apple can pair a new TrueDepth module with the secure chip.
Drops can damage the internal stabilization and focus mechanisms, causing shake, blur, or buzzing — these issues usually require full camera module replacement.
A failing rear camera can affect stabilization and some flash behavior until the module is replaced.
If the rear lens cover is cracked, it should be protected immediately (tape or a lens protector) to prevent dust and particles from scratching the internal lenses.
