Mail-In Repair – Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the whole process take?

Once we receive your device, most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are completed the same or next business day. Board-level and complex repairs may take longer. Shipping time depends on the carrier you choose.

How will I know you received my device?

We send you a confirmation message by phone, email or WhatsApp as soon as your package is checked in. You will also receive updates when the repair is completed and when the device is shipped back.

What if my device cannot be repaired?

If we discover damage that makes the device uneconomical to repair, we contact you first. You decide whether to proceed, recycle the device, or have it shipped back in the same condition.

Is my data safe?

We focus only on the hardware needed for the repair and do not access your personal content. For some tests we may need the lock code; you can change it again as soon as you receive the device back.
