What To Do If Your Phone Has Water or Liquid Damage

  • Turn the phone off immediately – do not keep trying to power it on.
  • Do not charge the device – electricity plus liquid can cause more board damage.
  • Do not put the phone in rice – it does not remove corrosion from the inside.
  • If possible, remove the case and gently dry the outside with a soft cloth.
  • Bring the phone to us as soon as possible so we can open it, dry it properly, and start cleaning.
